Finding the right name for an EP can be hard, and I was much too close to the songs to come up with a decent name for the record. Paddy Hall, the animator and illustrator who used to animate me and created the cover art for the EP came up with the name. He said he often associates my music with different colours, and ran the idea of "RGB" by me after I'd asked him to have a little think. I feel in love with the name as he explained what "RGB" meant, and everything fell into place as I assigned each song a colour before he'd even finished telling me. Over and Over is red, Cookie Jar is green, and Fairies is blue. It might not make sense to some but it makes perfect sense to me.

The story is one of self development and escaping emotional imprisonment inflicted by another party. Over and Over is about being angry, hurt, and regretful of actions but seeking help at the same time. Fairies is about pleading for mercy and attempting to negotiate with the abuser,
